- Strictly no parties, large gatherings or loud music allowed in the apartment, if any noise or nuisance is felt by the neighbours they will be in contact with us and we will have to ask you to shut down immediately. Any breach of this rule and you will be charged a fine.

- No smoking or consumption of drugs allowed in any part of the apartment, any remnants of drugs or cigarette smoking found inside the apartment will result in a fine. 

- Only 4 guests maximum are allowed in the apartment at any given time.

If any extra guests are brought in, this would be a breach of the house rules and could result in a fine of £25 per person. 

- Guests are not allowed to hang around in the corridors or the entrance of the building as this causes a nuisance to the neighbours.

-  No noise (including loud music) after 10:30 pm.

- Check-in: We require all guests to send a proof of their IDs before  arrival. This is done via a secure online system.

- Non-refundable: Cancel 7 days  before check-in and get back only the cleaning fee, if you've paid one. Any cancellations made after this is non- refundable. 

- A £300 refundable deposit is required upon your reservation. This deposit is only refundable if the above terms are not breached. Your refund is released to the same account used to make the booking within 7-10 working days.
